Terms of Service

SmartMenu is a platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital QR menus for restaurants and venues. The service includes: • Digital menu creation and editing • QR code generation and management • Menu view analytics • Multi-language support • Team management tools

• You must create an account to use the service. • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration. • You are responsible for your account security. • Users under 18 years of age cannot create an account.

• Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. • Payments are handled by a third-party payment service provider acting as merchant of record, identified to you before any payment is taken. • Prices may vary based on your region. • Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are calculated and collected at the time of payment. • Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

• New users are offered a 30-day free trial. • No credit card information is required during the trial period. • If you do not upgrade to a paid plan after the trial, your account will be limited.

By using the service, you agree to: • Not upload content that violates the law. • Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights. • Not misuse or disrupt the service. • Not transfer your account to third parties.

• You are responsible for all content published in your menu (product names, prices, descriptions, images). • Neavents does not guarantee the accuracy of user-uploaded content. • Accounts with misleading or illegal content may be suspended.

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. • We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure events.

• The SmartMenu platform, software, and design belong to Neavents. • Ownership of your menu content remains with you. • You may export your content within 30 days of closing your account.

• You may cancel your account at any time. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
