This text sets out the explicit consent you give for the personal data submitted through the contact form to be processed within the scope described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
1. What You Consent To
By submitting the contact form you give explicit consent to:
• The processing of the name, email address and venue name you provide, together with any phone number and message you choose to add, for the purpose of responding to your request
• The use of that information by our team to present the product and arrange a demo
• The hosting of request records with our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, Inc., and the transfer abroad that this involves
2. What Falls Outside It
Your consent is limited to the purposes above. Your data is:
• Not added to marketing lists
• Not sold or shared with third parties for advertising
• Not used for profiling or automated decision-making
3. Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, by emailing info@neavents.com.
On withdrawal your record is deleted and the process relating to your request ends. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
4. Consent Is Not Required
Completing the form and giving consent is entirely optional. You can also contact us directly by emailing info@neavents.com without giving consent.
