KVKK Privacy Notice

The data controller is Neavents Technology Inc. Requests under this notice can be sent to info@neavents.com. Trade registry details, full address and VERBİS registration number will be completed before publication.

Only the fields you fill in are processed: Required: name, email address, venue name. Optional: phone number, your message. Alongside your request we record the page it was sent from, your browser's user agent string and the country code of your connection. Your IP address is not stored in the clear. Only an irreversible SHA-256 digest is kept, solely to limit abuse; the original address cannot be recovered from it.

Your data is processed only to: • Respond to your request and arrange a demo • Prepare a commercial proposal and conduct pre-contract discussions • Limit automated and abusive form submissions It is not added to marketing lists, not sold, and not shared with third parties for advertising.

Processing relies on Article 5 of the KVKK: • 5/2-c: directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; necessary in order to reply to you. • 5/2-f: legitimate interest of the controller; form security and abuse prevention. Anything beyond this requires your explicit consent, the scope of which is set out separately in the Explicit Consent Text.

Personal data is collected electronically and by automated means only when you complete and submit the form on the website. Nothing is recorded unless the form is sent.

Request records are stored in a database hosted by our infrastructure provider Cloudflare, Inc. Your data may therefore be transferred abroad. It is not transferred to any other third party, and may be shared with public authorities only where legally required.

Request records are kept for no more than 24 months after your request is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to, object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Requests can be sent to info@neavents.com and are answered within 30 days at the latest.
